Shipping policy
SG INDUSTRY SRL ships to Italy, countries within the European Union, Switzerland and a selection of international countries. Our shipping policies are set out below:
1. Order Processing Times
- Order Processing: Orders are processed within 2 business days of receipt of payment. Orders placed during weekends or public holidays will be processed on the following business day.
- Order Confirmation: Once your order has been completed, you will receive a confirmation email containing your order number and shipping details.
2. Shipping – Delivery Times and Costs
All shipments are handled by UPS and are fully trackable.
- Free shipping on orders over €300
- Online purchases can be returned or exchanged at our stores.

Tracking: Once your order has been shipped, you will receive a confirmation email containing the tracking number so that you can monitor your package.

3. Shipping Issues
- Incorrect or Incomplete Address: Please make sure to provide a complete and accurate address. We are not responsible for shipments that are lost or delayed due to incorrect addresses.
- Lost or Damaged Packages: In the event of lost or damaged packages, please contact us within 7 days of the delivery date to request assistance.
