Refund policy
SG INDUSTRY SRL is committed to ensuring customer satisfaction. If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, you may request a return, exchange or refund subject to the following conditions:
Returns, Exchanges and Refunds
Exchanging or returning an order placed on stgabriel.it is simple and free of charge.
If you wish to return an item or request a size exchange, you have 14 calendar days from the date you receive your order.
Items must be returned in the same condition in which they were shipped, in their original packaging and complete with all attached tags.
Please take the utmost care and attention when examining and subsequently trying on the garments.
Garments may have different fits depending on the model and fabric composition, meaning that the most suitable size for each person may vary from one garment to another. For this reason, we recommend using the Size Guide available on our website in order to minimize return shipments and help protect the environment.
Exchanges
You may request a size exchange for an item you have ordered by contacting customer@stgabriel.it and checking the availability of the desired size.
You will be provided with a shipping label showing the recipient's postal address, namely: SG INDUSTRY S.R.L., Via Quargnasco 2, 13854 – Quaregna Cerreto (BI), ITALY. The label must be printed and attached to the outside of the package.
The previous shipping label must always be removed from the package before returning the item.
The item must be returned via UPS courier. You can find the list of the nearest UPS drop-off locations by visiting www.ups.com/dropoff.
If the requested size is not available, you may proceed with the return procedure described in the “Returns” section.
Once we have received the original item, we will inspect its condition and determine whether to accept the return. If the return is accepted, we will ship the replacement item within approximately 5 days of acceptance.
If the item is returned worn, stained or otherwise damaged, the return will not be accepted and the item will be shipped back to the original shipping address. In this case, the amount paid for the damaged item will not be refunded.
Returns
If you wish to return an item and receive a refund of the amount paid, you may request a return by writing to customer@stgabriel.it.
Once you have completed the return request by writing to customer@stgabriel.it, you will be provided with a shipping label showing the recipient's postal address, namely: SG INDUSTRY S.R.L., Via Quargnasco 2, 13854 – Quaregna Cerreto (BI), ITALY. Once we have received the item, we will inspect its condition and determine whether to accept the return. If the return is accepted, the amount paid for the returned items will be refunded within 14 days of acceptance of the return, using the same payment method used to purchase the item.
If the item was purchased by bank transfer, our Customer Care team will contact you and ask you to confirm the bank details to which the refund should be transferred.
As soon as the refund has been processed, we will send you a confirmation email.
If the item is returned worn, stained or otherwise damaged, the return will not be accepted and the item will be shipped back to the original shipping address. In this case, the amount paid for the damaged item will not be refunded.
Important notes regarding returns and size exchanges
Items being returned or exchanged must be shipped by the customer in the same condition in which they were received and inside the original packaging, which must be perfectly sealed. The item must also be accompanied by all tags, labels and documents that were included inside the package when the customer received the order.
Any items that are visibly worn, stained, damaged or missing their original tags and relevant documents will not be accepted for return or exchange and will be shipped back to the customer without any refund.
In addition to the item for which a return or exchange is requested, all items contained in the original package at the time of delivery to the customer, as well as the packaging itself, must also be returned.
The item for which a return or exchange is requested must be shipped from the original country of delivery and inside the original packaging, to which the label described above must be affixed.
The return or size exchange request must be submitted within 14 calendar days from the date the Buyer receives the order.
For this reason, all return and exchange requests submitted after this period will not be accepted.
SG INDUSTRY SRL shall in no way be responsible for any loss of garments while they are in transit for return or size exchange.
Without prejudice to the provisions regarding the right of withdrawal, SG INDUSTRY SRL guarantees the Buyer that the Products comply with the provisions of the Contract and, in particular, that they:
- correspond to the description provided on its e-Shop;
- are suitable for their intended use;
- possess the qualities normally associated with goods of the same type.
In any case, SG INDUSTRY SRL does not guarantee that the images published on its Website or e-Shop will always perfectly correspond to the Products purchased.
Insignificant differences between the description of the Products on the Website or e-Shop and the actual characteristics of the Products delivered to the customer shall not be considered grounds for non-conformity of the Products.
