SG INDUSTRY SRL is committed to ensuring customer satisfaction. If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, you can request a return, exchange or refund under the following conditions:
Returns, Exchanges and Refunds
Exchange or return an order placed on st.gabriel.com It's simple and free .
If you wish to return the item or exchange the size, you have 14 calendar days starting from the day you receive your order.
Items must be returned in their original shipping condition, in their original packaging and with all tags attached.
Please take maximum care and attention when examining and subsequently trying on the garments.
Garments may have different fits based on the model and the composition of the fabric, so the most suitable size for each person may vary from garment to garment. For this reason, we invite you to use the Size table that you find on our website in order to minimize return shipments and preserve the environment.
Changes
You can request a size replacement for an item you have ordered by contacting customer@stgabriel.it and checking the availability of the desired size.
You will be provided with a label, bearing the postal address of the recipient, i.e.: SG INDUSTRY SRL Via Quargnasco 2, 13854 – Quaregna Cerreto (BI), ITALY, which must be printed and applied to the outside of the package.
The previous shipping label must in any case be removed from the packaging before returning the item.
The item must be returned via UPS courier: you can view the list of the nearest UPS collection points by consulting the website www.ups.com/dropoff.
If the requested size is not available, you can follow the return procedure described in the “Returns” section.
Once we receive the original item, we will check its condition and decide whether or not to accept the return. If we accept the return, we will ship the new order within approximately 5 days of acceptance. If the item is returned worn, stained or otherwise damaged, it will not be accepted and will be sent back to the shipping address; in this case, you will not be refunded the amount paid for the damaged item.
Returns
If you wish to return an item and obtain a refund of the amount paid, you can make the return request by writing to customer@stgabriel.it
Once the return request has been completed by writing to customer@stgabriel.it You will be provided with a label, bearing the postal address of the recipient, i.e.: SG INDUSTRY SRL Via Quargnasco 2, 13854 – Quaregna Cerreto (BI), ITALY, which must be printed and applied to the outside of the package.

Once we receive the item, we will check its condition and decide whether or not to accept the return. If we accept the return, the amount paid for the returned items will be credited back to you within 14 days of acceptance of the return and on the same payment method used to purchase the item.
In case the item was purchased via bank transfer, you will be contacted by our Customer Care, who will ask you to confirm the bank details on which to make the refund transfer.
As soon as we have prepared the refund we will send you a confirmation email.
If the item is returned worn, stained or otherwise damaged, it will not be accepted and will be sent back to the shipping address; in this case, you will not be refunded the amount paid for the damaged item.
Some important notes regarding returns and size exchanges:
Items that are returned or exchanged must be shipped by the customer in the same condition in which they were received and in the original perfectly sealed packaging; the item must also be accompanied by all tags, labels and documents present inside the packaging at the time the order was received by the customer.
All items that are visibly used, stained, damaged or missing the original tags and related documents will not be accepted as returns or exchanges and will be sent back to the customer without any refund.
In addition to the item for which replacement or return is requested, all elements contained within the original packaging at the time of delivery to the customer must also be returned, in addition to the packaging itself.
The item for which the return or replacement is requested must be shipped from the original country of receipt and in the original packaging on which it must be affixed as described above.
The request for return or size change must be made within 14 calendar days from the day the order is received by the Buyer.
For this reason, all return and exchange requests made after this time period will not be accepted.
SG INDUSTRY SRL is in no way responsible for any loss of items in transit for return or size exchange. Without prejudice to the provisions regarding withdrawal, SG INDUSTRY SRL guarantees the Buyer that the Products comply with the provisions of the Contract and that, in particular, they: comply with the description provided on its e-Shop; comply with the intended use; possess the qualities of goods of the same type. In any case, SG INDUSTRY SRL does not guarantee that the images published on its Site or on its e-Shop always perfectly correspond to the Products purchased.
Non-significant differences between the description of the Products on the Site or on the e-Shop and the actual characteristics of the Products delivered to the customer will not be considered as a cause of non-conformity of the Products.
